About the event

JUNIOR POOL COMPETITION & SWIM TRAINING

During the winter months the Altona Life Saving Club competes in the Life Saving Victorian pool competition.

These swimming competitions are held in heated indoor swimming pools and we compete against other Life Saving Clubs.

Pool Competition aims to improve the rescue skills of competitors by competing in fun events such as manikin carries and tows, obstacle swims and line throw.  Note that this is NOT a learn to swim program.

Pool Carnivals are held on Sundays

Altona Junior Pool team will train every Saturday afternoon (3 - 4pm) at Victoria University during School Term 2.

First Training date Sat 18th April - last training date Sat 20th June. (Note no training on Sat 25th April ANZAC Day)

Junior Pool Competition Swim Training is open for
