About the event
Term 3 Swim Program
The program will run for 9 weeks starting on Saturday 27th July 2019 - Saturday 21st September 2019 between 3.00pm - 4.00pm at Footscray Park Aquatic Centre.
This will be a swimming endurance program, which will focus on overall distance.
Overall Distance Guide;
Under 8 / 9 - 1200m to 1500m
Under 10 / 11 - 1500m to 1800m
